1. Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Policy applies to direct reservations made through lagonisi-retreat.gr, email or telephone. For reservations made through Booking.com, Airbnb or another platform, the rate and cancellation terms displayed and confirmed by that platform govern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Reservation confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A reservation is confirmed only after acceptance, issuance of a booking confirmation and successful receipt of any payment or deposit required by the selected rate. An enquiry, shopping-cart entry or payment attempt does not by itself guarantee availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Available rate types<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Flexible and non-refundable options may be offered. The exact cancellation deadline, refund entitlement, payment schedule and no-show charge are displayed before payment and repeated in the confirmation. Those specific conditions form part of the booking contract and prevail over any general summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Flexible rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A flexible booking may be cancelled or modified without charge only up to the deadline stated in the booking flow or confirmation. After that deadline, the stated late-cancellation or no-show amount becomes payable. Date changes remain subject to availability and any price difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Non-refundable rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A non-refundable booking normally requires full or substantial advance payment and is not refundable after confirmation, except where a refund is required by law or the accommodation cannot be provided. A discretionary date change may be offered but is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The accepted method, due date, deposit or pre-authorisation, and remaining balance are shown before confirmation. If payment fails or is not received by the deadline, the reservation may be released after reasonable notice. Card processing may be performed by a bank, payment provider or booking platform under its own terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Guest cancellation and no-show<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation must be submitted through the same booking channel or in writing using the contact details in the confirmation. The effective cancellation time is when the request is received by the responsible booking channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failure to arrive without cancellation is treated as a no-show and charged according to the selected rate. Arriving late or leaving early does not automatically create a right to refund unused nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Date or guest changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Requests to change dates, lead guest, guest count or pet details must be made before arrival and are effective only after written confirmation. A change may alter the price, minimum stay, taxes, availability or cancellation conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Cancellation by the accommodation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If we must cancel because the property is unavailable, unsafe or affected by an event outside reasonable control, we will refund amounts received for the accommodation that cannot be provided. Where reasonably possible, we may offer alternative dates or suitable accommodation, but the guest is not required to accept them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Refund method and timing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An approved refund is normally made to the original payment method. Bank or platform processing time is outside our control. Platform service fees are handled according to the platform\u2019s own rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Cooling-off right<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The general 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not normally apply to accommodation booked for specific dates. Cancellation rights are therefore determined by the selected rate and applicable mandatory law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Arrival information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 11:00. The maximum occupancy is six registered guests. Pets are allowed subject to prior declaration and any disclosed conditions or charges. Guests must also comply with the House Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
